Return & Exchange Policy

At Hiraanya, we value your satisfaction and strive to provide high-quality jewellery pieces. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, we’ll make it right through our exchange process.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Only products that are defective, damaged, or incorrect are eligible.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
  • No returns or refunds will be accepted for domestic orders. Only exchanges are allowed.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items

For hygiene and customization reasons, we do not accept exchanges for:

  • Used jewellery
  • Custom or personalized pieces
  • Sale or discounted items (unless damaged or defective)

3. Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange:

  1. Email us at  customercare@hiraanya.com within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Include your order number, photos of the product, and a brief explanation.
  3. Our team will verify your request and provide exchange shipping instructions.

Note: Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • We do not offer refunds for domestic orders.
  • Exchanges will be provided for eligible products only.

5. International Orders

  • The exchange process for international orders may take longer due to shipping and customs procedures.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Refunds for international orders will be processed only if the item cannot be replaced or exchanged due to stock unavailability.
