All our jewellery pieces are described and photographed with the utmost accuracy. However, slight variations in color, texture, or size may occur due to lighting or handmade craftsmanship. These variations do not qualify as defects.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in INR (₹). For international orders, currency conversion fees may apply depending on your payment method or bank policy.

We accept major payment methods such as credit/debit cards, UPI, and PayPal (for international orders).

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer both domestic and international shipping.

  • Domestic orders: Delivered within 5–7 business days.
  • International orders: Delivered within 10–15 business days depending on the destination and customs clearance. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Hiraanya will not be liable for delays due to incorrect information or unforeseen courier issues.
