JEWELLERY:
To keep your jewellery shining and as amazing as the day you got it, here are some simple tips and tricks on how to take care of your Hiraanya pieces:
- Hiraanya Jewellery is special and all hand-crafted in our workshops
- Store your jewellery in a dry air tight pouch - away from humidity, moisture and extreme temperatures.
- Store your jewellery separately in pouches, and avoid contact with hard surfaces to avoid scratches.
- Add in any silica gel packs you have (often found in shoe boxes), they absorb moisture so will help prevent and slow tarnish.
- Never use detergent, soap, toothpaste etc to clean your gold plated jewellery.
- Wear your jewellery only after showering and applying makeup, hairspray, gels, lotions and/or perfume. Jewellery is the first thing that comes off and the last thing that is put on.
- Clean your jewellery with a suede or cotton-muslin cloth after every use.
- To maintain the lustre and durability of your Hiraanya jewellery, avoid wearing it while showering, exercising or swimming.
- Note: If you wear your gold plated jewellery for significant periods of time, the plating will eventually wear down.
BEAUTY & FRAGRANCE:
- Keep the bottle sealed when not in use.
- Store in a cool dry place
- For external use only.
- Avoid contact with eyes.
- For application and usage, please check the base of the box.
Exchange Policy
AVOID SIZE-RELATED EXCHANGES
To avoid any sizing issues, reach out to us anytime through email, WhatsApp, Instagram DM, or Facebook Messenger before placing your order. Our team will help you choose the right size and fit.
We do not offer refunds. You can avail store credit only (excluding shipping charges, if any).
MODIFYING YOUR ORDER
Customers can modify their order before the package is shipped or within 24 hours of purchase, whichever is earlier.

Requests received after the above period will not be accepted.
For prepaid orders, refunds are not offered. You can opt for store credit or an immediate exchange (excluding shipping charges).
EXCHANGE OR REPLACEMENT AFTER RECEIVING THE PRODUCT
We allow exchanges for store credit only (excluding shipping charges, if any), and only within 7 days from the date of delivery.
After 7 days, no exchange requests will be accepted.
Important:
- Exchanges are applicable only for India orders.
- There is no exchange or replacement for international orders under any circumstances.
REPLACEMENT POLICY (DAMAGED ITEMS)
A replacement will be provided only if the product received is damaged, and the customer:
- Records a full unboxing video clearly showing the package from all sides, opening the parcel, and the product as received. Videos that appear edited, unclear, or incomplete will not be considered valid.
- Reports the damaged item within 24 hours of delivery.
If these conditions are not met, the product will not qualify for replacement.

Products sent back without prior communication may not be accepted.
RETURN / EXCHANGE PROCESS
- Items must be in new and unused condition, with all Hirannya tags and packaging intact.
- Products must be packed securely to avoid transit damage. Items damaged due to poor packaging will not qualify for exchange.
- Ship the product to the following address:

- Once received, the product will undergo a quality check. Allow 12–15 business days for completion.
- You will receive a WhatsApp credit note code for the amount paid (excluding shipping).
- The credit note is valid for three months from the date of issue. No extensions will be provided.
NON-EXCHANGEABLE PRODUCTS
The following are not eligible for exchange:
- Fragrance / Beauty products
- Sale items
- Products purchased during any discount or offer
- Items bought using a credit note
- Items that have already been exchanged once
- All international orders
